It is perfect for use both day and night, and is excellent for use prior to the application of the Sonya Colour Collection. Remove the spatula and disc underneath the lid. Place a small amount of cream on the jar disc. Using fingertips, apply the cream from the jar disc to the face and throat area, and massage into the skin. You have now completed your daily regimen. If you use R3 Factor, it should be applied along with the Sonya Aloe Balancing Cream (in no particular order). If you use Aloe Sunscreen, it should be applied after the Aloe Balancing Cream. You may then apply your Sonya Crème to Powder Foundation and The Sonya Colour Collection items of your choice.

For use morning and evening after Sonya Aloe Nourishing Serum. Remove plastic scoop and disc underneath lid of jar. Using the scoop, remove several scoops of cream from jar and place in jar disc. Using fingertips, apply cream from jar disc to face and neck, then massage into skin. Rinse scoop and disc thoroughly with hot water after each use and dry with clean towel before replacing underneath lid on jar for future use.
