Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA's) come from natural plant sources and are also called Fruit Acids. Glycolic Acid is extracted from sugar cane, Citric Acid derives from citrus fruits, Tartaric Acid comes from grapes and Malic Acid is found in apples.
